Before I get too far into this, I want to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every one of you fans that have come here to view or read, or be generally entertained. My only goal in the creation of this site, has been, and always will be, to spread the fandom of Littlest Pet Shop, and help it to grow, in any way that I can contribute. First and foremost, I am a fan, and I feel privileged to be able to present to you some of the best that this fandom has to offer.

Why Did You Make This Site?

When I sat down and dreamed up this site, I did so with the singular goal of creating a place that could cull and gather all the best, and most creative art, media, and fan-works from across the internet under one location. With the high success of my other sites for anime and manga, I used what I learned through the years of administrating those sites to put in practice with this one.

How Do You Get Your Art/News/Fan-Fics, etc?

I get all of it, by scouring the internet daily, and communicating with wonderful artists, and fans that want to get their work shown. Unfortunately, much of the source material is unable to properly be ascribed to the right creators, but as often as possible, I work personally with the artists for permissions, and recognitions. This is a global fandom, and everyone who plays a part deserves their due credit.

Why Does Pet Shop Daily Resemble Equestria Daily?

There are some things which resemble Equestria Daily, and some things which do not. For the most part, this site is largely modeled after my other site, Western Otaku, while only some fan-fiction tags and post descriptions match those of EQD. What works, works, and what Sethisto has done with his site, and the success he has generated, is something that I am obliged to recognize.

Where Did Pet Shop Insider Go?

Unfortunately, it is all a huge and terrible coincidence. When I created this site, it was operating under the blogger name of Little Pet Shop Central. I quickly found the name to be rather cumbersome, and too hard to remember; so I shortened it at the time I secured the domain. What I did not know, was that there was another site, with the name "The" Pet Shop Insider; and because the domain I registered did not have a "the" at the front, I was able to purchase the Dot Com domain. Thus, there were two sites with the same name, and the same goals. Go figure.

As a matter of conscience, I relented, and secured an additional domain name; Pet Shop Daily, and chose to rebuild the reader base.

Is There A Competition Going On Between PSD and PSI?

To my knowledge, no there isn't. Though, the fact that there are two sites with the same purposes does seem to point to competition; I will simply say that I have no intention of seeking an active rivalry. I feel that a little competitiveness is often good for the fans, allowing them multiple resources for their fix.

Who Is Your Favorite Pet?

My favorite pet is, Minka. Though to be honest, it's a tie. Both Pepper Clark and Minka are my two favorite pets, and I can't pick just one.
